When you fill in a contact form, book a session, or message us via WhatsApp, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, fitness goals, and any health or injury information you choose to share. We also collect standard analytics data (pages visited, time on site, device type) via Google Analytics.
We use your personal data to respond to your enquiry, arrange and deliver personal training sessions, send you session reminders and programme updates, and improve our website and services. We will never sell your data to third parties or use it for purposes unrelated to your training.
We process your data based on your consent (when you submit a form or contact us), for the performance of a contract (delivering personal training services), and for our legitimate interests (improving our services and website).
We may share your data with FormSubmit.co (form processing), Google (analytics), and Meta (advertising pixels). These services have their own privacy policies. We do not share your health or fitness data with any third party.
We retain your contact data for as long as you remain a client, plus 12 months after your last session. Analytics data is retained for 14 months. You can request deletion at any time.
