Lat pulldown from an Atypical Trainer remote coaching programme

HOW IT WORKS

Week one: a video call to go through your history, your kit, your schedule and what you're after. Łukasz writes your first four-week block from that.

Every week after: you train from the app, log every session, and Łukasz reviews the numbers. Weights, reps and food targets get adjusted based on what you actually did, not what you meant to do. Once a month there's a video review to keep the direction right.

WHO IT'S FOR

People who know how to squat and press safely but keep bouncing between random routines. Frequent travellers. Anyone with a shift pattern that makes fixed sessions impossible. And people outside the Slough area who want this kind of coaching without the drive. If you've never trained before, start with a few in-person sessions first — technique is easier to fix in the room.

COMMON QUESTIONS

A gym with free weights is ideal. Home set-ups with dumbbells, bands and a pull-up bar work too — the programme is written around what you have.
A free plan doesn't know you exist. This one is written for you, adjusted weekly, and there's a human reading your log.
Yes. Several clients do remote most of the time and pop into the studio once a month.
