Datchet is five minutes from the studio. Most clients here train at home with the mobile kit, use the Thames Path for outdoor work, and drop into Whitby Road when they want the barbell.
You genuinely don't need a gym to get strong and lean. With a pair of adjustable dumbbells, a few bands and a coach who knows how to programme, a living room does the job. Most Datchet clients train this way. More on that here.
Flat, quiet and right on your doorstep. Outdoor sessions use the riverside path for intervals, walking-lunge circuits and loaded carries. Wraysbury and Horton clients get the same, with the reservoirs as a backdrop.
Whitby Road is a five-minute drive across the M4 junction. Plenty of Datchet clients do the 12-week block with two sessions at home and one in the studio.
Datchet station connects to Waterloo, so early slots are popular. Otherwise 6am to 9pm, Monday to Saturday.
"Two dumbbells and my front room. Twelve kilos gone in twelve weeks. I still can't quite believe it."
