Langley is ten minutes from the Whitby Road studio, so you get a choice: come to us, or Łukasz comes to you. Home sessions across SL3, outdoor blocks at Langley Park, and early slots for the Paddington commute from Langley station.
Most Langley clients split it: one session a week at home with the mobile kit — dumbbells, bands, a mat and the programme — and one or two at the studio in Slough where there's a rack and a barbell. From April to October we also run outdoor sessions at Langley Park; the flat paths and open grass make it one of the better spots in the area for conditioning work.
Langley station is on the Elizabeth line, which means a lot of you are out the door before seven. 6am home sessions exist for exactly that. Parents get mid-morning and school-hours slots; people working at the business parks off the A4 get lunchtimes. Evenings run to 9pm. If your week is chaotic, remote coaching keeps the programme moving between in-person visits.
A mix of commuters who want to stop feeling wrecked by Friday, parents who lost fitness somewhere around the second child, and a good number of people in their forties and fifties who were told their knees or back meant lifting was off the table. It isn't. Here's why.
117–119 Whitby Road, Slough SL1 3DR. From Langley it's the A4 or the Langley Road into town — about ten minutes off-peak. Street parking on and around Whitby Road.
"Home sessions in George Green twice a week and I never had to think about what to do. Down 11kg since March."
At your place or ours. Pick a time, meet Łukasz, decide afterwards.
